1. Drilling and tapping center is a CNC machine tool that integrates cutting, drilling, and tapping, with high work efficiency and precision. It is a CNC machine tool developed for vertical machining centers of metal cutting machine tools with a smaller footprint.
2. Mainly used for processing light and small metal workpieces, equipped with BT30 mechanical spindle and bucket hat type tool magazine, greatly improving work efficiency.
3. The spindle is high-speed and high-precision, with a maximum speed of 20000 revolutions per minute, a positioning accuracy of ± 0.002-0.005mm, and a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.003mm, meeting the requirements of precision hole machining (such as micro holes and deep holes) and thread tapping.
4. The body adopts a high rigidity bed, made of cast iron or mineral castings, optimized rib plate design, suppresses vibration, and ensures processing stability.
5. Adopting precision guide rails and lead screws, equipped with linear guide rails or roller guide rails, and paired with pre tightened lead screws to enhance impact resistance and motion accuracy.
